Organization chart

All the actors that are part of our entity must be well organized and adequately fulfill the assigned role within the NGO.

All the people who make up Fisios Mundi are volunteers, that is, they do not receive any financial compensation for their tasks.

The board of directors will carry out the management under the guidelines established by the members in the annual general assembly. This should, in turn, coordinate the different department references that will guide the work or project groups.

Despite having a well-defined organization, Fisios Mundi is an association with a very horizontal organization where all actors can intervene, give their opinion, decide and help in ALL areas of work. In this way, we can find the treasury manager sharing the communication address or the project manager helping with administrative tasks. In addition, volunteers can change tasks based on their interests, motivations, and availability.
