Georgina and her work

Georgina, our volunteer, sends us the following message from Nepal:

"First of all, thank you for the possibility of carrying out this experience that I am living, it is being unforgettable.

I am sending you some photos of how we teach, both to the teachers and to the physiotherapists, how to help the children to collaborate in transferring from the floor to the chair.

Before, transfers were made by weight. When we do it this way, the boy is actively doing it, which will make him feel more fulfilled and improve his autonomy. In addition, the physios and teachers make less force and this is self-care for them too."
