Fisios Mundi signs a collaboration agreement with the Professional College of Physiotherapists of Castilla y León (CPFCyL)
We are very happy to announce the new agreement with the Professional College of Physiotherapists of Castilla y León (CPFCyL) and its donation for the Fisios Mundi 2024 projects!
"The Professional College of Physiotherapists of Castilla y León (CPFCyL) and the Fisios Mundi Association join forces with the signing of a collaboration agreement and a donation agreement, thus complying with Corporate Social Responsibility and the commitment to the global improvement of the This alliance stands out for its focus on international cooperation projects in the field of physiotherapy, paying special attention to regions where access to this type of care is limited.
The CPFCyL has agreed to donate the sum of €9,215 to FisiosMundi. This donation will be used entirely to facilitate the development and execution of significant projects in places such as India, Vietnam, Ivory Coast, Nepal, Sierra Leone and Bolivia, for people who are members of the CPFCyL who wish to carry out a volunteer program. These projects cover a wide range of activities, from the training of local physiotherapists and the supply of orthopedic material, to the promotion of autonomy and improvement of the quality of life of boys and girls with functional diversity.
The collaboration between the CPFCyL and FisiosMundi not only focuses on the financial contribution, but also on the promotion and support of registered physiotherapists in Castilla y León interested in participating in these volunteer projects. This agreement highlights the importance of disseminating cooperative social work in physiotherapy, providing guidance and advice to professionals in the sector on how they can effectively contribute to the improvement of global health. Likewise, this agreement also aims to provide answers to the keys to carrying out a volunteer program as physiotherapists."
